'Spoken' in the Bible

Are God's consolations too trivial for you; or a word spoken in gentleness to you?

Bear with me and I will speak, and after I have spoken you may mock.

After I had spoken, they did not respond; my words fell on them drop by drop.

See now, I have opened my mouth; my tongue in my mouth has spoken.

I have spoken once, but I cannot answer; twice, but I will say no more."
