'Testifies' in the Bible

“You have shriveled me up,It has become a witness;And my leanness rises up against me,It testifies to my face.

Moreover, the pride of Israel testifies against him,And Israel and Ephraim stumble in their iniquity;Judah also has stumbled with them.

Though the pride of Israel testifies against him,Yet they have not returned to the Lord their God,Nor have they sought Him, for all this.
