'Totter' in the Bible

Therefore we will not fear though [the] earth change, and though the mountains totter into [the] {midst} of [the] sea,

God [is] in the midst of her; she will not be made to totter. God will help her {at daybreak}.

He established the earth upon its foundations,So that it will not totter forever and ever.

My knees are unsteady from fasting;And my flesh is gaunt and without fatness.
