'Triumph' in the Bible

But he said,“It is not the sound of the cry of triumph,Nor is it the sound of the cry of defeat;But the sound of singing I hear.”

By this I know that You are pleased with me,Because my enemy does not shout in triumph over me.

When the righteous triumph, there is great glory,But when the wicked rise, men hide themselves.
