'Turned' in the Bible

“All my associates abhor me,And those I love have turned against me.

“My foot has held fast to His path;I have kept His way and not turned aside.

“The earth, from it comes food,And underneath it is turned up as fire.

“Terrors are turned against me;They pursue my honor as the wind,And my prosperity has passed away like a cloud.

“Therefore my harp is turned to mourning,And my flute to the sound of those who weep.

“If my step has turned from the way,Or my heart followed my eyes,Or if any spot has stuck to my hands,

Because they turned aside from following Him,And had no regard for any of His ways;

“The arrow cannot make him flee;Slingstones are turned into stubble for him.
