'Vanished' in the Bible

And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.

For a number of days neither the sun nor the stars were to be seen, and the storm continued to rage until at last all hope of our being saved vanished.

The sky vanished like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved from its place.

Every island vanished, and the mountains could no longer be found.
