'Villages' in the Bible
And Geshur and Aram took Havvoth-Jair from them, Kenath and its villages, sixty cities. All these [were] the {descendants} of Makir, the father of Gilead.
And their villages [were] Etam, Ain, Rimmon, Token, and Ashan, five cities
and all their villages that surrounding these cities as far as Baal. These [were] their settlements, and they kept a genealogical record for them.
but the fields of the city and its villages they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
