'Weave' in the Bible

“You shall weave the tunic of checkered work of fine linen, and make a turban of fine linen. You shall make a sash, the work of an embroiderer.

Then Delilah said to Samson, “Until now you have mocked me and told me lies; tell me [truthfully] with what you may be bound.” And he said to her, “If you weave the seven braids of my hair with the web [and fasten it with a pin, then I will become weak and be like any other man.”

Moreover, those who make linen from combed flaxAnd those who weave white cloth will be ashamed.

They hatch vipers’ eggs and weave the spider’s webs;He who eats of their eggs dies,And from an egg which is crushed a viper breaks out.

Consider the lilies and wildflowers, how they grow [in the open field]. They neither labor nor spin [wool to make clothing]; yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his glory and splendor dressed himself like one of these.
