'Behold' in the Bible
Just as it is written in the prophet Isaiah, "Behold, I am sending my messenger before your face, who will prepare your way,
And the Pharisees began to say to him, "Behold, why are they doing what is not permitted on the Sabbath?"
And a crowd was sitting around him, and they told him, "Behold, your mother and your brothers [are] outside looking for you."
And looking around at those who were sitting around him in a circle, he said, "Behold, my mother and my brothers!
Peter began to say to him, "Behold, we have left everything and followed you."
"Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be handed over to the chief priests and the scribes, and they will condemn him to death and will hand him over to the Gentiles.
"And at that time if anyone should say to you, "Behold, here [is] the Christ,' 'Behold, there [he is],' do not believe [him]!
And he came the third [time] and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and resting? It is enough! The hour has come. Behold, the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners.
Get up, let us go! Behold, the one who is betraying me is approaching!"
And some of the bystanders, [when they] heard [it], said, "Behold, he is summoning Elijah!"
