'Borders' in the Bible

You have defined and established all the borders of the earth [the divisions of land and sea and of the nations];You have made summer and winter.

He spoke, and there came swarms of fliesAnd gnats in all their territory.

He struck their vines also and their fig trees,And shattered the [ice-laden] trees of their territory.

He makes peace in your borders;He satisfies you with the finest of the wheat.
