'Bow' in the Bible
But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house,At Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You.
If a man does not repent, He will sharpen His sword;He has bent His bow and made it ready.
For, behold, the wicked bend the bow,They make ready their arrow upon the stringTo shoot in darkness at the upright in heart.
He trains my hands for battle,So that my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
All the prosperous of the earth will eat and worship,All those who go down to the dust will bow before Him,Even he who cannot keep his soul alive.
The wicked have drawn the sword and bent their bowTo cast down the afflicted and the needy,To slay those who are upright in conduct.
For I will not trust in my bow,Nor will my sword save me.
Then the King will desire your beauty.Because He is your Lord, bow down to Him.
He makes wars to cease to the end of the earth;He breaks the bow and cuts the spear in two;He burns the chariots with fire.
Let the nomads of the desert bow before him,And his enemies lick the dust.
And let all kings bow down before him,All nations serve him.
But turned back and acted treacherously like their fathers;They turned aside like a treacherous bow.
Come, let us worship and bow down,Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.
I will bow down toward Your holy templeAnd give thanks to Your name for Your lovingkindness and Your truth;For You have magnified Your word according to all Your name.
Bow Your heavens, O Lord, and come down;Touch the mountains, that they may smoke.
