'Commands' in the Bible

He commands the sun not to shineand seals off the stars.

I have not departed from the commands of His lips;I have treasured the words of His mouthmore than my daily food.

He covers His hands with lightningand commands it to hit its mark.

They swirl about,turning round and round at His direction,accomplishing everything He commands themover the surface of the inhabited world.
