'Craves' in the Bible

The lazy person craves, yet receives nothing, but the desires of the diligent are satisfied.

The soul of the wicked craves evil; he extends no mercy to his neighbor.

What the lazy person craves will kill him, because his hands refuse to work.

But he replied to them, "An evil and adulterous generation craves a sign. Yet no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah,
