'Declares' in the Bible

For one believes with his heart and is justified, and declares with his mouth and is saved.

Do not take revenge, dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath. For it is written, "Vengeance belongs to me. I will pay them back, declares the Lord."

For it is written, "As certainly as I live, declares the Lord, every knee will bow to me, and every tongue will praise God."
