'Despised' in the Bible

Why has the wicked person despised God?He says to himself, “You will not demand an account.”

But I am a worm and not a man,scorned by men and despised by people.

For He has not despised or detestedthe torment of the afflicted.He did not hide His face from himbut listened when he cried to Him for help.

They despised the pleasant landand did not believe His promise.

because they rebelled against God’s commandsand despised the counsel of the Most High.

I am insignificant and despised,but I do not forget Your precepts.
