'Exhaust' in the Bible

The one who is far off will die by plague; the one who is near will fall by the sword; and the one who remains and is spared will die of famine. In this way I will exhaust My wrath on them.

I will pour out My wrath on you very soon;I will exhaust My anger against youand judge you according to your ways.I will punish you for all your detestable practices.

After I exhaust My wrath against the wall and against those who plaster it with whitewash, I will say to you: The wall is no more and neither are those who plastered it—
