'Face' in the Bible

“Contend with your mother, contend,For she is not my wife, and I am not her husband;And let her put away her harlotry from her faceAnd her adultery from between her breasts,

I will go away and return to My placeUntil they acknowledge their guilt and seek My face;In their affliction they will earnestly seek Me.

And they do not consider in their heartsThat I remember all their wickedness.Now their deeds are all around them;They are before My face.
