'Falter' in the Bible
‘Now in case a countryman of yours becomes poor and his means with regard to you falter, then you are to sustain him, like a stranger or a sojourner, that he may live with you.
The instruction of his God is in his heart;his steps do not falter.
Declare among the nations, "The LORD reigns!" Indeed, he established the world so that it will not falter. He will judge people fairly.
If you falter in the time of trouble, your strength is small.
