'Fed' in the Bible

And they that fed the swine fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done.

He was saying to her, “First let the children [of Israel] be fed, for it is not right to take the children’s bread and throw it to the pet dogs (non-Jews).”

The number fed were about 4,000. Then He sent them away,

"When the seven loaves fed the four thousand, how many baskets full of broken pieces did you take up?" They told him, "Seven."
