'Flash' in the Bible

The shields of his warriors are dyed red;the valiant men are dressed in scarlet.The fittings of the chariot flash like fireon the day of its battle preparations,and the spears are brandished.

The chariots race madly in the streets;They rush wildly in the broad plazas.Their appearance is like torches;They rush in various directions like forked lightning.

The horseman springing up, and the glitter of the sword, and the flash of the spear, and a multitude of slain, and a mass of carcases, and no end of corpses: they stumble over their corpses.
