'Frame' in the Bible

Can a throne of destruction be allied with You,One which frames and devises mischief by decree [under the sacred name of law]?

For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.

Certainly my tongue does not frame a word without you, O Lord, being thoroughly aware of it.

My frame was not hidden from you while I was being crafted in a hidden place, knit together in the depths of the earth.
