'Gifts' in the Bible

You have ascended on high, You have led away captive Your captives;You have received gifts among men,Even from the rebellious also, that the Lord God may dwell there.

Because of Your temple at Jerusalem[Pagan] kings will bring gifts to You [out of respect].

The kings of Tarshish and of the islands will bring offerings;The kings of Sheba and Seba will offer gifts.
