'Horsemen' in the Bible
“When he sees riders, horsemen in pairs,A train of donkeys, a train of camels,Let him pay close attention, very close attention.”
“Now behold, here comes a troop of riders, horsemen in pairs.”And one said, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon;And all the images of her gods are shattered on the ground.”
Elam took up the quiverWith the chariots, infantry and horsemen;And Kir uncovered the shield.
Then your choicest valleys were full of chariots,And the horsemen took up fixed positions at the gate.

How then can you repulse one official of the least of my master’s servants and rely on Egypt for chariots and for horsemen?
