'Intend' in the Bible
Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us.
And said unto them, Ye men of Israel, take heed to yourselves what ye intend to do as touching these men.
Do you intend to kill me as you killed the Egyptian yesterday?’
but if it be questions about words, and names, and the law that ye have, see to it yourselves; for I do not intend to be judge of these things.
