'Knowing' in the Bible
Jesus seeing this man lying there, and knowing that he was in that state now a great length of time, says to him, Wouldest thou become well?
Jesus therefore knowing that they were going to come and seize him, that they might make him king, departed again to the mountain himself alone.
But Jesus, knowing in himself that his disciples murmur concerning this, said to them, Does this offend you?
Now before the feast of the passover, Jesus, knowing that his hour had come that he should depart out of this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, loved them to the end.
Jesus, knowing that the Father had given him all things into his hands, and that he came out from God and was going to God,

Jesus says to them, Come and dine. But none of the disciples dared inquire of him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.
