'Learning' in the Bible

may the wise hear and increase learning, and the one who understands gain direction,

Give to a wise one and he will become more wise; {teach} a righteous one and he will increase learning.

So [after] reading [the letter] and asking what province he was from, and learning that [he was] from Cilicia,

And [as] he was saying these things in his defense, Festus said with a loud voice, "You are out of your mind, Paul! [Your] great learning {is driving} you {insane}!"

always learning and never able to come to a knowledge of the truth.
