'Mighty' in the Bible

"Then a remnant of the nobles [and] the people came down. Yahweh came down for me against the mighty.

'Curse Meroz,' said the angel of Yahweh. 'Curse bitterly its inhabitants, because they didn't come to help Yahweh, to help Yahweh against the mighty.'

The angel of Yahweh appeared to him, and said to him, "Yahweh is with you, you mighty man of valor!"

Now Jephthah the Gileadite was a mighty man of valor, and he was the son of a prostitute: and Gilead became the father of Jephthah.
