'Mind' in the Bible
You will keep the mind that is dependent on Youin perfect peace, for it is trusting in You.
The reckless mind will gain knowledge, and the stammering tongue will speak clearly and fluently.
For a fool speaks foolishnessand his mind plots iniquity. He lives in a godless wayand speaks falsely about the Lord.He leaves the hungry emptyand deprives the thirsty of drink.
Your mind will meditate on the past terror:“Where is the accountant?Where is the tribute collector?Where is the one who spied out our defenses?”
He feeds on ashes. His deceived mind has led him astray, and he cannot deliver himself,or say, “Isn’t there a lie in my right hand?”
“For I will create a new heaven and a new earth;the past events will not be remembered or come to mind.
