'Necessary' in the Bible

And they said to me, "It is necessary for you to prophesy again about many peoples and nations and languages and kings."

Five have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come, and whenever he comes it is necessary [for] him to remain a short time.

and threw him into the abyss, and shut [it] and sealed [it] above him, in order that he could not deceive the nations again until the thousand years are completed. After these [things] it is necessary [for] him to be released [for] a short time.
