'Neither' in the Bible

for thus says Yahweh, 'You will see neither wind nor rain, yet this wadi will be full of water; and you and all of your livestock and your animals shall drink.'

And he said, "Why are you going to him today? [It is] neither the new moon nor the Sabbath!" And she said, "Peace."
