'Obscure' in the Bible

Do you see a man skillful and experienced in his work?He will stand [in honor] before kings;He will not stand before obscure men.

Then they will look to the earth, they will see only distress and darkness, the gloom of anguish; and they will be driven away into darkness and overwhelming night.

You will no longer see the fierce and insolent people,A people of unintelligible speech which no one comprehends,Of a strange and stammering tongue which no one understands.
