'Opponent' in the Bible

For though I were righteous, I could not answer.I must appeal for mercy to my Opponent and Judge.

May my enemy be like the wickedand my opponent like the unjust.

If only I had someone to hear my case!Here is my signature; let the Almighty answer me.Let my Opponent compose His indictment.
