'Populate' in the Bible

“As for you, be fruitful and multiply;Populate the earth abundantly and multiply in it.”

We were pregnant, we strained, we gave birth, as it were, to wind. We cannot produce deliverance on the earth; people to populate the world are not born.

For you will spread out to the right hand and to the left, and your descendants will possess the nations and will populate the deserted towns.
