'Pray' in the Bible

After He said good-bye to them, He went away to the mountain to pray.

Therefore I tell you, all the things you pray and ask for—believe that you have received them, and you will have them.

Pray it won’t happen in winter.

Then they came to a place named Gethsemane, and He told His disciples, “Sit here while I pray.”

Then He went a little farther, fell to the ground, and began to pray that if it were possible, the hour might pass from Him.

Stay awake and pray so that you won’t enter into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
