'Rain' in the Bible

He gives rain to the earthand sends water to the fields.

when He established a limit for the rainand a path for the lightning,

They waited for me as for the rainand opened their mouths as for spring showers.

For He makes waterdrops evaporate;they distill the rain into its mist,

Who cuts a channel for the flooding rainor clears the way for lightning,

to bring rain on an uninhabited land,on a desert with no human life,

Does the rain have a father?Who fathered the drops of dew?
