'Ran' in the Bible
And [when he] saw Jesus from a distance, he ran and knelt down before him.
And many [people] saw them leaving and recognized [them], and ran there together by land from all the towns, and arrived ahead of them.
They ran about [through] that whole region and began to carry around those {who were sick} on stretchers, wherever they heard that he was.
And immediately the whole crowd, [when they] saw him, were amazed, and ran up to [him] [and] greeted him.
And [as] he was setting out on [his] way, one [individual] ran up and knelt down before him [and] asked him, "Good Teacher, what must I do so that I will inherit eternal life?"
And someone ran and filled a sponge with sour wine, put [it] on a reed, [and] gave [it] to him to drink, saying, "Leave [him] alone! Let us see if Elijah is coming to take him down."
