'Receive' in the Bible

“Why did the knees receive me?And why the breasts, that I would nurse?

“Please receive the law and instruction from His mouthAnd establish His words in your heart and keep them.

“This [which I am about to explain] is the portion of a wicked man from God,And the inheritance which tyrants and oppressors receive from the Almighty:

“If you are righteous, what do you give God,Or what does He receive from your hand?
