'Reels' in the Bible

Wine is a mocker, strong drink a riotous brawler;And whoever is intoxicated by it is not wise.

My mind reels, horror overwhelms me;The twilight I longed for has been turned for me into trembling.

The earth reels to and fro like a drunkard; it sways like a hut; its transgression lies so heavy upon it, that it falls, never to rise again.
