'Refusing' in the Bible

And if you [are] refusing to release, look, I [am going to] plague all of your territory with frogs.

But if you [are] refusing to release and you still [are] keeping hold of them,

But if you [are] refusing to release my people, look, I [am] about to bring locusts into your territory tomorrow.
