'Restless' in the Bible

Listen to me and answer me;I am restless and distraught in my complaint and distracted

that you will take up this taunt against the king of Babylon, and say,“How the oppressor has ceased [his insolence],And how the fury has ceased!

“Moreover, wine is treacherous and betrays the arrogant man,So that he does not stay at home.His appetite is large like Sheol,And he is like death, never satisfied.He gathers to himself all nationsAnd collects to himself all peoples [as if he owned them].
