'Sanctify' in the Bible

Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.

Who say, ‘Keep to yourself, do not come near me,For I am too holy for you [and you might defile me]!’These [people] are smoke in My nostrils,A fire that burns all the day.

They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD.
