'Saved' in the Bible
But her profits and wages will be dedicated to the Lord. They will not be stored or saved, for her profit will go to those who live in the Lord’s presence, to provide them with ample food and sacred clothing.
On that day it will be said,“Look, this is our God;we have waited for Him, and He has saved us.This is the Lord; we have waited for Him.Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.”
I alone declared, saved, and proclaimed—and not some foreign god among you.So you are My witnesses”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“and I am God.
Israel will be saved by the Lordwith an everlasting salvation;you will not be put to shame or humiliatedfor all eternity.
Turn to Me and be saved,all the ends of the earth.For I am God,and there is no other.
In all their suffering, He suffered,and the Angel of His Presence saved them.He redeemed thembecause of His love and compassion;He lifted them up and carried themall the days of the past.
You welcome the one who joyfully does what is right;they remember You in Your ways.But we have sinned, and You were angry.How can we be saved if we remain in our sins?
