'Saved' in the Bible

I called to the Lord, who is worthy of praise,and I was saved from my enemies.

A king is not saved by a large army;a warrior will not be delivered by great strength.

This poor man cried, and the Lord heard himand saved him from all his troubles.

Restore us, God;look on us with favor,and we will be saved.

Yet He saved them because of His name,to make His power known.
