'Says' in the Bible

“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “the One who is, who was, and who is coming, the Almighty.”

“Write to the angel of the church in Ephesus:“The One who holds the seven stars in His right hand and who walks among the seven gold lampstands says:

“Anyone who has an ear should listen to what the Spirit says to the churches. I will give the victor the right to eat from the tree of life, which is in God’s paradise.

Then I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write: The dead who die in the Lord from now on are blessed.”“Yes,” says the Spirit, “let them rest from their labors, for their works follow them!”

As much as she glorified herself and lived luxuriously,give her that much torment and grief,for she says in her heart,“I sit as a queen;I am not a widow,and I will never see grief.”

He who testifies about these things says, “Yes, I am coming quickly.”Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!
