'Shuts' in the Bible

“If He passes by or shuts up,Or calls an assembly, who can restrain Him?

The upright see it and are glad;But all unrighteousness shuts its mouth.

He who shuts his ear to the cry of the poorWill also cry himself and not be answered.

He who gives to the poor will never want,But he who shuts his eyes will have many curses.

“Then I will set the key of the house of David on his shoulder,When he opens no one will shut,When he shuts no one will open.

He who walks righteously and speaks with sincerity,He who rejects unjust gainAnd shakes his hands so that they hold no bribe;He who stops his ears from hearing about bloodshedAnd shuts his eyes from looking upon evil;

Even when I cry out and call for help,He shuts out my prayer.
