'Stand' in the Bible

“Your words have helped the tottering to stand,And you have strengthened feeble knees.

“He trusts in his house, but it does not stand;He holds fast to it, but it does not endure.

“As for me, I know that my Redeemer lives,And at the last He will take His stand on the earth.

“They abhor me and stand aloof from me,And they do not refrain from spitting at my face.

“I cry out to You for help, but You do not answer me;I stand up, and You turn Your attention against me.

“I go about mourning without comfort;I stand up in the assembly and cry out for help.

“Refute me if you can;Array yourselves before me, take your stand.

“Listen to this, O Job,Stand and consider the wonders of God.

“It is changed like clay under the seal;And they stand forth like a garment.

“With shaking and rage he races over the ground,And he does not stand still at the voice of the trumpet.
