'Stir' in the Bible

But he [was] compassionate; he pardoned [their] guilt and did not destroy [them]. And many [times] he turned back his anger and did not stir up all his wrath,

Before Ephraim, Benjamin, and Manasseh, stir up your power and come for our salvation.

who plan evil [things] in [their] heart. They stir up wars continually.
