'Sustained' in the Bible

I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.

God, you poured out abundant rain on your inheritance. When Israel was weary, you sustained her.

By You I have been sustained from my birth;You are He who took me from my mother’s womb;My praise is continually of You.

They are sustained as they travel along; each one appears before God in Zion.

You turn back his sword from the adversary, and have not sustained him in battle.
