'Totter' in the Bible

And these also reel with wine and stagger from strong drink:The priest and the prophet reel with strong drink,They are confused by wine, they stagger from strong drink;They reel while having visions,They totter when rendering judgment.

He who is too impoverished for such an offeringSelects a tree that does not rot;He seeks out for himself a skillful craftsmanTo prepare an idol that will not totter.

So the craftsman encourages the smelter,And he who smooths metal with the hammer encourages him who beats the anvil,Saying of the soldering, “It is good”;And he fastens it with nails,So that it will not totter.
