'Touches' in the Bible

“But now it has come to you, and you are impatient;It touches you, and you are dismayed.

Though his arrogance reaches heaven,and his head touches the clouds,

“Your wickedness affects only a man such as you,And your righteousness affects only a son of man [but it cannot affect God, who is sovereign].
